I’ve coached online for over 3000+ hours & over 7000 online sessions. Career Coaching, Business Communications, & US/Canadian Business Culture are my specialties. I’m a Certified Career Coach & I’ve conducted thousands of interviews in my career as a hiring manager.

I work with many clients who are non-native English speakers & I hold a  160+ Hour TEFL Certification & a 40+ Hour Online Teaching Certification.

Together we will map out your career. What are your goals? Where do you want to get to? From there, we will develop a plan. As you know, a goal without a plan is just a wish. We will make these goals actionable and clear throughout the process.

Once we have our plan, we can focus on building those skills that will help you level up. From presentation skills to email communications and employee relations, I will work with you to build your skills.

Competency

Now that you have the skills you need, we need to improve your competency. We will work on execution at this phase and focus on deepening your knowledge and expertise.

Without excellent communication skills, it is difficult to thrive in your career. Whether you are a native English speaker or new to English, I can help. We will work together on your business communication skills.

Interview Prep

Having conducted thousands of interviews in my career, I can help you prepare for your next interview. We will cover general strategies and what the interviewer really means from their questions. Interviews are about how you seem – not who you really are – since there isn’t enough time for that! We will review first impressions and how to avoid red flags during the interview process.  I will also teach you how to keep your cool & answer with confidence, even when you are nervous.

Practice

At this stage of the process, we will have practice sessions. Whether that is role-playing difficult interactions at work, presentations, public speaking, or mock interview sessions, I will be there to provide you with feedback along the way. We will work together to practice what you need so that you can feel confident in what you are presenting.

Confidence

Have you ever noticed that there are lots of people in roles they are not qualified for? But that they have a lot of confidence and excellent communication and presentation skills so that they can, “fake it till they make it”? We will work on the physical and psychological elements that build confidence so that you can be your best self.

Cultural Understanding

It doesn’t matter what industry you are in or where you work – culture matters! You may be thinking – but I am not from the culture of the country that I work in. So does that mean I can’t fit the culture?  The answer is – NO! But, you need to be aware of the internal corporate culture that makes the company work. Cultural fit can be more important for some companies than skill-sets.

What Is A Coach?

There are many definitions for a coach out there, but no definitive definition.

One of the definitions that I feel explains the role the best is from the International Coach Federation (ICF).  They describe coaching as a partnership with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

​As a Career Coach who is certified as a Master EFT/TFT Tapping Practitioner, I can help individuals who are experiencing many different life experiences including the following:

  • A lack of clarity, focus, goals, purpose, in motivation
  • Confused thinking, poor planning, or execution
  • Chronic low self-confidence and or low self-esteem
  • Feeling like you are not living up to your full potential in life
  • Negative emotional reactions to past events due to underlying beliefs
  • A life transition or change such as a divorce, death, or career change
  • A lack of results in attaining set goals
  • A block in direction and knowing what path to take next

​It is important to note that coaching is NOT counseling, consulting, therapy, mentoring, or structured training.
